FlowiT Scale is a software package from Scaled Solutions that can be used to carry out inorganic scale predictions.

By leveraging FlowiT Scale's advanced thermodynamics and kinetics capabilities, professionals in the oil and gas industry can make informed decisions, optimize production processes, and mitigate the risks associated with mineral scale formation throughout the production system from reservoir to topsides.

FlowiT Scale can be used to model conventional oil or gas systems or more complex ones involving EOR or corrosion control.

Includes Kinetic Predictions

  • Indicates scaling risk based on kinetic factors such as temperature and hydrodynamics
  • Empirical critical SR/SI values derived from laboratory testing and field cases
  • Dynamic change of scaling risk plots based on the molar ratio of influencing ions
